Enjoy your special day at this very affordable 27-acre home in Oakland County near stony Creek Metropark in Oakland Township. Built and owned by the son of a US congressman in 1929, this beautiful spacious tree-lined setting offers spectacular countryside views and diverse wildlife to complement your day. Chimney Hill is rich in history… in the past, this was the location chosen for a major motion picture and classic concert performances.

 

With plenty of parking on the property, we can accommodate practically any number of guests. This is an outside venue rental with access to parking and plenty of room for spacious outdoor tents. The pool area is available for cocktails and has been used prior to wedding ceremonies and receptions. The 1200 square foot guest house is perfect for bridal parties to ready themselves for the event.

 

Guests are responsible for securing and setting up food/catering, tables & chairs, outdoor restrooms, tent rentals, and decor. We provide a spacious picturesque venue to hold your event, and you supply the rental equipment needed to make your event special.
